The low-fidelity prototyping philosophy, rapid prototyping with Canva/Figma/ChatGPT, chatbot flow design and the Wizard of Oz testing method. The Dropbox MVP case.
3 universal scenarios: customer complaint intake, service renewal & retention, and new customer onboarding. Team exercise: a 30-minute empathy → HMW → Crazy 8s → prototype cycle. Deliverable: a one-page AI-Powered Process Redesign Proposal.
