Yes. The program is designed for HR specialists in recruitment, employee experience, assessment, learning and development, personnel administration and payroll.
Is real employee data used in the training?
No. Exercises use representative notes and prompts that contain no personal data; texts with personal data are only worked on after masking.
Which AI tool is used?
Your organisation's approved tool (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot) if there is one; otherwise general assistants with data-free prompts. A masking tool is opened for participants during the training.
Is a certificate provided after training?
Yes, participants who successfully complete receive a digital certificate.
